Return Policy

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. The product must include all original parts, components, and packaging, and be in the same condition as received.

2. The product must show normal handling only. Damage caused by careless use will not be accepted.

3. Products where hygiene is important must not show any signs of use and must be returned clean and in original condition.

4. Any defects must be reported immediately upon receipt of the product.

5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days after receipt. If approved, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items appear to be used, damaged, or not in their original condition.

How to Return Your Order

If your return meets the conditions above, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to: info@falk-stein.com

2. Include the following details in your email:

   • Order number

   • Reason for return

   • Photo of the product (in case of damage)

   • Full name of the customer

   • Customer address

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return address.

⚠️ Important:
Do not send your return to the sender’s address. Always wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are a consumer (a natural person acting outside of a business or professional activity), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase under the following conditions:

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you (or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier) receive the final item.

However, please note:

• Orders are processed immediately through our automated system.

• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled during transit.

• You may return the item after receiving it in accordance with our return policy.

The cancellation is only considered complete once we have received the returned goods.

Shipping in Transit

If your order is already in transit, cancellation is not possible. You must wait until delivery and then return the item.

We recommend informing us in advance if you wish to cancel your order.

To speed up the return process, please provide a shipping confirmation after sending your return.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving both:

• Your withdrawal request

• The returned goods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
